Tiki & Raw Bar by Barometer Reviews
Great drinks had serveral painkillers ! good food at the poke bowl Excellent service from Amy ! good time! with friends Good view of the bay
Great location with an awesome view of Perdido Pass! Great drinks, food and service!!!
Went here on the recommendation of my friend Mike. He and his wife have a place down here where they spend about 2/3 of their year. I wanted a great burger and fries and some good drinks! I left completely happy with the best burger I've had in a long long time, six oysters with Louisiana hot sauce, and three Tiki margaritas! Great wait staff! The view was awesome as well!
The Mahi Mahi Tacos were amazing! There are three to an order and it has a really good sized serving of mahi mahi. A cute tiki bar on the gulf. A nice assortment of tiki drinks. Will definitely go back for the mahi mahi tacos!!! We wished that they served in souvenir glasses. But that may be just me.
Ambiance always beautiful. Glad to have oysters now & they were awesome! The staff was friendly & attentive! Reagan did a fantastic job waiting on our table!
From Pleasure Island Tiki to The Tiki Safe Harbor to The Tiki there's been lots of changes here since hurricane Sally and Covid. Everything has changed as of 7/1/24 with new ownership and management, welcome to Tiki & Raw Bar by Barometer with restaurateurs Mark Smith and Barrett Hobbs. Mark has been an executive chef a several restaurants, most recently at CoastAL and both Smith & Hobbs are long time veterans if Cumberland Hospitality, so they know the biz. This fantastic location overlooks Terry Cove near Sportsman Marina in Orange Beach with indoor seating in the big Tiki, patio seating and a lower outdoor picnic tables, by the water, with the Sand Pit Bar. Understanding that it is new and in process of a big transition I couldn't wait to give them a try, after all my honey has been a fan of this spot for years. There's some new comfy chairs but the overall vibe remains all Tiki. As for the food, everything is new and includes: Oysters on the Half Shell Oysters Chargrilled Tuna Poke Fish & Chips (Atlantic Cod) Golden Fried Domestic Shrimp Shrimp Cocktail Moho Bay Island Taco Ocho Rios Shrimp Taco Jamaican Jerk Shrimp Smokced Tuna Dip Grouper Sandwich Nashville Hot Chicken Caribbean Pork Nachos Cheeseburger Italian Flatbrred 0BA Flatbread with Conecuh Sausage Island Wings * Kids Menu ($10 for 12 and under) Cheese Quesadilla Fried Shrimp Chicken Tenders Cheeseburger * Menu prices reflect cash payment. A 3% fee is applied to credit card transactions. Groups of 10 or more are subject to a 20% gratuity. We had some cold brews on this 94° day, and their $4 Tiki Lite is not a bad option. We opted for the Fish & Chips which is Atlantic Cod with an Island Lager Beer Batter, served with a good coleslaw and seasoned fries, cocktail and tartar sauces. It was very good and we both love Cod so this was a treat. Next up were the wings, I am very picky about my chicken wings, and these are outstanding. The Island Wings are good sized, perfectly cooked with Island Spices & Island BBQ Sauce and just the right amount of heat. They were easily some of the very best I've had in the region. They're still working on more new stuff but there's still going to be live music, and both expansion to the menu and space and I'm looking forward to the upcoming new drinks & loyalty program. Bottom line: The staff are friendly and welcoming, the view is awesome, the food is good and I will be a regular at the new Tiki & Raw Bar by Barometer. Highly recommended!! We were looking for a place to watch football near Orange Beach and found this great place. The oysters and fried shrimp basket were great! The food was fresh, fast, and good quality. The service was also outstanding. The location on the marina was perfect on a beautiful day. They also have lots of tvs making it a great place to watch a game on Saturday. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.
